With over 20 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, ranging from major resort hotels, casual dining and fine dining restaurants, national corporate chains, food manufacturers, and elite gourmet grocery retailers. I have held positions such as Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, Director Meal Solutions, Director Culinary Innovation, VP Deli-Bakery, and Partner.
